Cancellation
NOTE: Cancellation penalties apply to all transactions up to 100% forfeiture of your cabin cost and taxes/port charges. In addition, all transactions are subject to Castaways Travel and Fox Travel Terms and Conditions. Both are available on every page of the companies’ website.

Extra Charges
All staterooms will have a one-time additional surcharge of $400 (USD) p/p, and all suites of $450 (USD ) p/p (not included in the above prices). This charge will cover port fees, taxes, document fees, pre-paid gratuities, plus administration and security fees.
We strongly encourage the purchase of cruise coverage, as well as travel protection insurance.
The Initial deposit to guarantee a reservation is: Staterooms $500 USD and Suites $1,500 USD (Per Couple).

Cancellations between Sept 03, 2024 to Oct 20, 2025 – Penalty of $500 (Staterooms) and $1,000 (Suites)
Cancellations after Oct 21, 2025 – No refund will apply.

The system will send an automatic reminder for upcoming payments 7 days prior to the due date as well on the day payment is due to the email registered with this booking. It is the sole responsibility of the client making the reservation to update Original Group with any contact information changes. We highly recommend you also add the balance payment dates to your calendar as a reminder and avoid the cancellation of your cabin due to failing to make the agreed upon payments.
