“Au naturel areas” are designated beach sections where nudity is required. These areas are clearly marked and separate from the rest of the resort, allowing guests to choose the experience they’re most comfortable with.
A valid passport is required for travel to Jamaica. Most travelers from the U.S. and Canada do not need a visa for short stays. It’s recommended your passport is valid for the duration of your trip, though having at least 6 months remaining is a good rule of thumb.

The official currency is the Jamaican Dollar, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted throughout the island and at the resort. At Couples Resorts, everything is all inclusive, so you’ll only need cash for small tips, excursions, or off resort purchases.
All Couples Resorts guests should fly into Montego Bay (MBJ), where complimentary airport transfers to the resorts are included. From there, it’s an easy scenic drive to your resort
Jamaica is in the Eastern Time Zone and does not observe daylight saving time. Depending on the time of year, it may be the same as EST or one hour behind EDT.
Yes, the water at Couples Resorts is filtered and safe to drink. Bottled water is also readily available throughout the resort if preferred.
No adapter is needed for U.S. travelers. Jamaica uses the same voltage and plug types as the United States.
