Enjoy yourselves in one of the seven “neighborhoods” on the Symphony, one of the 5 largest cruise ships in the world. They include:

Entertainment Place, Boardwalk, Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center, Pool and Sports Zone, Central Park, and the magnificent Royal Promenade

With so many choices, you’ll be challenged to sample them all on Bliss Cruise’s Symphony of the Seas.   Daily, you will have to decide what to do new, plus the Youth Zone will be “kid-less” for once, so enjoy. Stroll through the real tropic’s setting in Central Park. The Boardwalk reminds you of shoreside piers,  candy shops and the highlight:  Entertainment and high diving in the Aqua Theater.   Look up to hook up on Royal Caribbean’s Royal Promenade. For a real “high”, sip your suds in Rising Tide Bar that gently transits from Decks 5 to 8:  From the Royal Promenade and Central Park.   Zip up your action on the zip line at sea high above the Boardwalk in the Pool and Sports Zone.  Don’t feel like zipping, chill in one of many plunge and swimming pools and whirlpools, surf on the surf rider, or putt for a round on the miniature golf course.   Need to slow the motion some?  Relax at The Vitality at Sea Spa & Fitness Center.  And when the sun doesn’t shine, hustle over to the Entertainment Place after dark mischief jazz, laughs in the comedy club, and dance music in the evening at Blaze nightclub.

ALERT: Every passenger must accept the terms of the Acceptable Behavior Policy before boarding the ship.   When you approve and authorize payment to Castaways Travel for your cabin, make final payment, your paid Castaways Travel invoice constitutes your acceptance of the Acceptable Behavior Policy required by Bliss Cruise and Royal Caribbean.

If you did not accept the terms during your booking process, then the Acceptable Behavior Policy Form must be completed and emailed to reservations@blisscruise.com.

As of March 2023, the cruise line no longer requires proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test when sailing out of the state of Florida

Ports of Call

Falmouth, Jamaica

Step ashore and journey back in time in Falmouth, Jamaica, a historic treasure celebrated globally as one of the Caribbean’s most culturally and historically rich destinations. This charming town is adorned with an array of stunning 19th-century Georgian architecture, ranging from quaint wooden cottages to grand brick mansions and sprawling plantation complexes. Experience the charm of yesteryears with horse-and-buggy rides, explore local arts and crafts, and savor the vibrant flavors of Jamaican cuisine. Falmouth offers an authentic Caribbean experience, deeply rooted in its colonial heritage.

Nestled between the popular tourist hubs of Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, Falmouth was established in 1769. Its waterfront district, a designated National Heritage Site, is home to numerous Georgian-era buildings dating from the 1760s to the 1840s. In the 1800s, Falmouth earned the title of “the wealthiest New World Port south of Charleston,” renowned for its bustling wharf and thriving trade in sugar, rum, and coffee. The port was a vital hub for exporting goods and importing African slaves and luxury items to support the colonial lifestyle of the 18th century. As one of Jamaica’s original ports, Falmouth was a bustling trading center in the Caribbean 200 years ago. Located in Trelawny Parish, the heart of Jamaica’s sugar and rum trade, the town boasts a rich heritage with numerous historic buildings and churches.

In a collaborative effort, Jamaica and Royal Caribbean are revitalizing and transforming Falmouth into a premier historic destination. After enduring centuries of tropical heat, humidity, hurricanes, and neglect, the town is undergoing restoration to preserve its historical buildings and attract visitors. This transformation aims to position Falmouth as a key host city for the burgeoning cruise industry. The port will welcome numerous Royal Caribbean cruise ships, including the Oasis of the Seas, one of the world’s largest and newest cruise liners. Falmouth serves as the gateway to the finest tour experiences along Jamaica’s north coast.

Falmouth’s central location makes it the perfect starting point for exploring Jamaica’s top attractions. To the east lies Ocho Rios, famed for the breathtaking Dunn’s River Falls. A short drive west takes you to Montego Bay and the stunning beaches of Negril, just two hours away. With its strategic position, Falmouth offers visitors unparalleled access to the best tour experiences on Jamaica’s north coast.

Costa Maya, Mexico

In the enchanting state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, Costa Maya is tourist haven and former Mayan market that offers a unique blend of natural beauty and modern amenities with jungles, beaches, lagoons and Mayan ruins nearby. Located near the state capital, Chetumal, and bordering Belize, Costa Maya has transformed from an undeveloped area into a vibrant destination, thanks to the construction of a substantial pier designed to welcome cruise ships.

The Costa Maya cruise port offers a tranquil escape while the fishing village of Mahahual, just 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) away, is a bustling hub when cruise ships dock. Mahahual boasts powdery white sand beaches, picturesque grass-thatched palapas and the nearby Banco Chinchorro coral reef, a diver’s paradise. The village is dotted with lively bars, inviting restaurants, and quaint shops. A new development, aptly named New Mahahual, is emerging directly inland from the port, adding to the area’s allure.

The port of Costa Maya features a contemporary tourist shopping mall, complete with a central plaza adorned with saltwater pools and inviting ‘swim-up’ bars. Visitors can explore a variety of jewelry stores and numerous small shops offering an array of souvenirs. This vibrant center is generally accessible only to cruise ship passengers, ensuring a unique and exclusive shopping experience. Costa Maya serves as the nearest gateway to several lesser-known yet fascinating Mayan ruins in the Yucatan Peninsula, including Chacchoben and Kohunlich.

Discover the enchanting Mayan Pavilion Park, a destination that offers a rich tapestry of experiences. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture at the Mayan handicraft centers, where artisans showcase their exquisite creations. Unwind at the luxurious swim-up bars or savor authentic flavors at the traditional restaurants. Dive into the refreshing saltwater pools or catch a captivating performance at the 650-seat amphitheater, surrounded by stunning Mayan art and architecture.

For the adventure seekers, embark on a thrilling ride through the jungle on an ATV or Mini Rhino, feeling the rush of excitement as you navigate the lush terrain. After your adventure, find tranquility at the serene Uvero Beach, where you can relax and bask in the warm, golden rays of the famous Mayan sun. Indulge in exhilarating water sports or explore the diverse shopping options, ensuring a memorable and fulfilling visit to this extraordinary park.

Many of the Crown Loft Suites directly overlook one of the busiest outdoor spots onboard (the basketball court and FlowRider areas) so passengers there can see onto the Crown Loft balconies. Rock climbers pass right by the balconies of the AquaTheater suites. People in Central Park and Boardwalk cabins can see into the rooms across the way. Each stateroom offers a television, small sitting area, private bath w/ shower, vanity and even a hairdryer. The larger cabins come with more perks and make a great place for private entertainment.

The suite experience on Symphony of the Seas comes with a multitude of perks and a dedicated restaurant, making it one of the best suite offerings at sea. Suites offer more room, comfort and luxury. Most come with a private balcony, tub and all include standard features. Some suites even include complimentary concierge service, access to a private lounge, access to a private sun deck with loungers and cabanas and personalized service to help with making reservations or other arrangements.
