The Layout

What this unique resort offers is not only luxury casitas/bungalows but also provides you with choices for villa accommodations and oversized floor plans with plenty of room to spread out.  Don’t miss this unique clothing-optional getaway with adult-themed privacy in this 5-star villa facility in Placencia, Belize.

Below is the map of the clothing-optional resort on the right side.  The Sirenian Bay activities center, restaurants/bars, fitness and sport centers are on the left where clothing is required 24/7.

So, where is Belize?   Belize City is a little over an hour south of Cancun or 250 miles.  The northern border of Belize is the southern border of Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula.

Placencia is 30 minutes south of Belize City by Tropic Air commuter service. From the air strip, it’s a short, complimentary air-conditioned transfer to the resort, maybe 10 minutes.

The beach in front of the resort is clothing-optional; all beaches in Belize are for public use so the nudity line is about 60 feet from the water’s edge.  This trip is for nudists, adventuresome adults and lifestyle-friendly in a clothing-optional environment on the resort grounds.  Please refrain from any adult misbehavior in public….you’re certainly welcome to misbehave in the privacy of your own accommodations.   SO: If you’re reading this, you’re invited.

For an ultimate privacy escape, choose from villa bedrooms, baths and living areas in separate accommodations within one of the two large villa mansions.   Clothing is required for dining in the public restaurants in the Sirenian Bay commercial center adjacent to the private resort. The Belizean citizens are some of the nicest folks you will ever meet.  And Belize is the only Latin American country where English is the official language, followed by Spanish.  Plus Belize gladly takes U.S. dollars so no currency exchange is required.

• Deposit by October 31, 2025 – 10% – Cancellation after October 31 – $250/person
• 2nd Deposit on or before November 3, 2025 – 30%’
• Cancellation – 50% of payments made to date up to December 21, 2025
• All payments after December 21, 2025 – Non-refundable,
• 3rd Deposit on or before January 30, 2026 – 30% – Cancellation – 100%
• Final Payment on or before March 20, 2026 -Final 30% – Cancellation – 100%

Single private villa for 1 person rate is double the base rate/room.
