Private casitas are poolside and oceanfront, similar in size and layout to a condominium. The resort is not on an island—it’s on the Placencia peninsula, a mainland Caribbean beach location south of Belize City, 30 minutes by commuter air service. A boat transfer is not required.

- 2nd Deposit on or before November 3, 2025 – 30%’
- Cancellation – 50% of payments made to date up to December 21, 2025
- All payments after December 21, 2025 – Non-refundable,
- 3rd Deposit on or before January 30, 2026 – 30% – Cancellation – 100%
- Final Payment on or before March 20, 2026 -Final 30% – Cancellation – 100%
Single private villa for 1 person rate is double the base rate/room.

Where to begin? Captain Jak’s is the resort’s own tour company located adjacent to the cabanas and villas for local tours, jungle adventures, caving and tubing on the same trip, Scuba diving, snorkeling, snorkeling, shopping and bar hopping in Placencia a few minutes away, plus an optional visit to a distillery at Big Titty’s rum bar near the Placencia air strip. The sports and tours center can arrange optional deep-sea fishing, fishing in the flats, bill fishing, mainland archeological excursions, and backcountry jungle overnight stays and tours
