Photo release for publication

With my signature I certify that I am at least 19 years of age and that the above information is true and correct.

With my signature I hereby release and discharge Castaways Travel, its respective officers, directors, employees, or successors from any and all claims, demands or cause of action that I may now have or hereafter acquire, whether for libel, invasion of privacy, or publicity or anything else arising out of, or in connection with publishing my photographs.

With my signature I grant Castaways Travel permission to use and reproduce, edit or otherwise arrange my photographs as the covered parties see fit and at their own discretion. I hereby waive any right to inspect and/or approve the finished product(s) and printed matter(s) that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which such product(s) and printed matter(s) may be applied.

All of the foregoing rights are grantet without any restrictions whatsoever and are understood to be irrevocable and of my own accord. I have read and fully understand all of the foregoing and have not been coerced to execute this release. I understand and agree that this release and any and all rights and obligations thereunder shall be governed by the State of Texas.
