Fly to Johannesburg - Nearby is Sun Eden Naturist Resort,  South Africa - Naturist visit and safari.  We've been there twice and visited game parks as well.

One of our trips to Africa included: Kenya, Botswana, Nambia and S. Africa.   An earlier trip included Egypt.   In S. Africa we visited J'Burg, Cape Town, Sun City and other locations in between safaris plus another nudist resort near Sun City.

We cruise from Nassau, Bahamas to the remote islands of the Exumas, especially the Land and Sea Park, the most pristine area in all the Bahamas. No crowds, no set itineraries, just sit back, relax and choose from an incredible variety of activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, sunbathing, and island exploring.
