Labadee is a private beach escape reserved exclusively for our sailing, offering calm waters, stunning views and easy relaxation. Enjoy the soft sand, floating beach mats and complimentary lounge chairs at Nellie’s Beach, or take on zip lines, kayaking and water sports.
The cost of the cabin includes all meals with basic drinks such as water, coffee and tea. You also have access to all seminars, events, parties and entertainment. Consent Policy
All passengers must sign the Acceptable Behavior Policy at the cruise port before boarding the ship.
Online Check-In
You’ll receive your cruise confirmation number about 90 days before sailing from Castaways Travel. Use it to check in online, select your boarding time, and upload required travel documents (passport and visas).
Arrival Times
Do not miss your assigned arrival slot. All passengers must be onboard by 2:00 PM.
Curbside Check-In
When you arrive at the cruise terminal, porters will tag your bags with your cabin number and location on the ship. Tip your baggage handler, and your luggage will be delivered to your cabin by 6 PM on departure day.
Cabin Access
Cabins and suites are typically ready after 1 PM. Pack a carry-on with essentials and a swimsuit so you can relax and hit the pool or hot tubs before your luggage arrives.
Luggage Tags
You can print tags from your online reservation form, or ask a porter at the dock to attach them for you. Just provide your cabin number. Every bag must be tagged. You may also carry your luggage onboard or off the ship if you prefer.

Complete check-in early — it closes 1 week before sailing.
Boarding passes are digital, so keep your phone ready at the terminal.
Bag tags are available at the port if you didn’t print them.
Complete health questions in the app for faster boarding.
Bliss App
Set up your profile, browse other cruisers, and start chatting before you board.
Once onboard, use it to follow schedules, events, and theme nights.

Passports
A valid passport is required. It must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates (as required by most destinations).

Essentials

Toiletries & Extras
Ships provide basics, but you may prefer your own. Pack liquids in zip-lock bags to avoid spills. Don’t forget cameras, electronics, chargers, or tablets. WiFi is available onboard for an additional fee.

We offer a flexible transfer option. You may move your booking to another lifestyle or vanilla vacation package booked through Castaways, subject to availability and supplier rules.
One transfer per booking. Names on the booking must remain the same. Name changes follow the supplier rules and fees.
Any fare difference, taxes, and fees for the new trip are the guest’s responsibility. Promotional pricing, onboard credits, and perks may not carry over.
Requests must be submitted in writing to your travel agent or to our reservations email before the final cancellation window for your sailing. After the final window, transfers are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel insurance, air, hotel, and third-party products follow the provider rules and may incur their own change fees.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect the value of your vacation. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, cancellations, medical issues, accidents, injury, family emergencies, or illness before departure can interrupt or cut short your trip. Travel protection helps safeguard your investment and your peace of mind.
Coverage ranges from standard cancellation and medical protection to more flexible options, including “Cancel for Any Reason” plans. Rates vary based on your state of residence, date of birth, and level of coverage selected.
For U.S. residents, Castaways Travel offers policies through Allianz Travel Insurance, available via our parent company, Fox Travel. If you live outside the U.S., please secure coverage locally.

I’ve been turning vacation dreams into reality since right after high school, took a brief detour while life happened, and happily found my way back to the travel industry in 2014. After helping travelers from our Texas office, I traded cowboy boots for flip flops and returned to Florida to be closer to family. These days, nothing makes me happier than helping people discover the kind of vacation they’ll still be talking about long after they unpack.
The overwater bungalows at Palafitos at Maroma Beach will always have my heart, while Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios is one of my favorite places to completely unwind. Having personally experienced many of the resorts we offer, I can help you understand the little differences that don’t always show up in a brochure but can make all the difference in your vacation.
When I’m not planning incredible getaways, you’ll probably find me clipping into a Peloton ride, taking Molly, my spirited Jack Russell, for a walk, spending time with my grandbabies, or enjoying a relaxing day at the beach. As Castaways Travel’s Chief Chaos Coordinator, I keep the wheels turning so our travelers can focus on making memories. Whether it’s organizing group details, solving last minute challenges, or keeping our Pleasure Planners on track, I thrive on turning organized chaos into unforgettable vacations.
I found my passion for travel in 2019 after spending decades in specialty and luxury retail, and I’ve never looked back. My favorite part of what I do is helping create experiences where people can truly relax, reconnect, and be themselves, whether that’s on a lifestyle cruise, at an adults only resort, or somewhere completely off the beaten path.
When I’m not keeping the Castaways crew sailing smoothly, you’ll probably find me cheering on my son at a baseball tournament, visiting my Aggie at Texas A&M, or dreaming up the next adventure. After all, behind every unforgettable vacation is just a little organized chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
