Labadee is a private beach escape reserved exclusively for our sailing, offering calm waters, stunning views and easy relaxation. Enjoy the soft sand, floating beach mats and complimentary lounge chairs at Nellie’s Beach, or take on zip lines, kayaking and water sports.
The cost of the cabin includes all meals with basic drinks such as water, coffee and tea. You also have access to all seminars, events, parties and entertainment. There will be an additional fee added to your invoice which covers the port charges, government taxes, basic gratuities, admin fees and security fees. These fees will be as follows:

The larger cabins make a great place for private entertainment.

Bedroom features queen-size bed, 40″ LCD TV, vanity, walk-in closet, master bath with whirlpool tub, and separate shower stall.
Deck 6, 7, 8 & 9) The Celebrity Suite features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, living room with sectional queen sofa sleeper, lounge seating, mini- refrigerator, surround sound entertainment system with 52″ LCD TV, and vanity. Bedroom features 40″ LCD TV, vanity, walk-in closet, dual access bath with shower/tub combination and washbasin, and veranda with lounge seating.
(Deck 6) Our Spa Concierge is thrilled to discuss your wellness journey and assist you in pre-booking your salon and spa services. As a honored AquaClass guest, you will receive complimentary access to the Persian Garden, and priority booking, an entire month ahead of any other guest. Suite features include floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, two beds convertible to queen-size, bathroom with shower/tub combination and washbasin, living room with sofa queen sleeper and vanity, mini refrigerator, 40″ LCD TV, and veranda with lounge seating.

Castaways Travel arranges a block of rooms here so our guests can stay together before boarding and we host a fun pre cruise meet and greet at this hotel. Contact your Castaways Travel agent for current block pricing and availability.
Consent Policy
All passengers must sign the Acceptable Behavior Policy at the cruise port before boarding the ship.
Online Check-In
You’ll receive your cruise confirmation number about 90 days before sailing from Castaways Travel. Use it to check in online, select your boarding time, and upload required travel documents (passport and visas).
Arrival Times
Do not miss your assigned arrival slot. All passengers must be onboard by 2:00 PM.
Curbside Check-In
When you arrive at the cruise terminal, porters will tag your bags with your cabin number and location on the ship. Tip your baggage handler, and your luggage will be delivered to your cabin by 6 PM on departure day.
Cabin Access
Cabins and suites are typically ready after 1 PM. Pack a carry-on with essentials and a swimsuit so you can relax and hit the pool or hot tubs before your luggage arrives.
Luggage Tags
You can print tags from your online reservation form, or ask a porter at the dock to attach them for you. Just provide your cabin number. Every bag must be tagged. You may also carry your luggage onboard or off the ship if you prefer.
Celebrity Cruise App
Complete check-in early — it closes 1 week before sailing.
Boarding passes are digital, so keep your phone ready at the terminal.
Bag tags are available at the port if you didn’t print them.
Complete health questions in the app for faster boarding.
Bliss App
Set up your profile, browse other cruisers, and start chatting before you board.
Once onboard, use it to follow schedules, events, and theme nights.
Reminder: Do not use the Bliss App for cruise check-in. Official check-in is only through the Celebrity Cruise App.
Passports
A valid passport is required. It must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates (as required by most destinations).

Essentials
Carry a small bag with your passport, medications, valuables, and a change of clothes. Pack a swimsuit if you want to start enjoying the pool or hot tubs right away.
Toiletries & Extras
Ships provide basics, but you may prefer your own. Pack liquids in zip-lock bags to avoid spills. Don’t forget cameras, electronics, chargers, or tablets. WiFi is available onboard for an additional fee.

Cancellation policy dates remain the same regardless of your booking date.
We offer a flexible transfer option. You may move your booking to another lifestyle or vanilla vacation package booked through Castaways, subject to availability and supplier rules.
One transfer per booking. Names on the booking must remain the same. Name changes follow the supplier rules and fees.
Any fare difference, taxes, and fees for the new trip are the guest’s responsibility. Promotional pricing, onboard credits, and perks may not carry over.
Requests must be submitted in writing to your travel agent or to our reservations email before the final cancellation window for your sailing. After the final window, transfers are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel insurance, air, hotel, and third-party products follow the provider rules and may incur their own change fees.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect the value of your vacation. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, cancellations, medical issues, accidents, injury, family emergencies, or illness before departure can interrupt or cut short your trip. Travel protection helps safeguard your investment and your peace of mind.
Coverage ranges from standard cancellation and medical protection to more flexible options, including “Cancel for Any Reason” plans. Rates vary based on your state of residence, date of birth, and level of coverage selected.
For U.S. residents, Castaways Travel offers policies through Allianz Travel Insurance, available via our parent company, Fox Travel. If you live outside the U.S., please secure coverage locally.
