Heliopolis and Port Nature are the most popular areas in Cap d’Agde. Located closest to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, these neighborhoods put everything within easy walking distance. Ideal for guests who want to maximize their time enjoying the village without needing transportation.
This is a four-story horseshoe shaped building housing over 1100 studios and apartments plus a small shopping centre. Split into sections; some of which have lift access, these apartments sleep up to four.

Built over five floors and extending inland from the sea, Port Nature is divided into eight sections with section number one at the beach end and number eight being close to the marina. Housing more than 600 studios and apartments in total, most have a balcony or terrace and those that do not have a walkway instead. The studios can accommodate up to two people and the apartments up to six. Lift access to some sections only.

Best for: Couples, longer stays, guests seeking a more peaceful atmosphere.
Port Soleil and Port Venus offer a quieter side of Cap d’Agde while still providing convenient access to beaches, dining, and entertainment. These areas are perfect for travelers who prefer relaxation during the day and the option to explore the village when desired.
This is a five-storey building located close to the resort entrance. There are studios for up to two and apartments sleeping up to six people that have use of a communal pool (open to residents only and free of charge). Apartments are quietly located and those on the ground floor have their own little garden.

Located away from the clubs and bars in a four-story building, Port Venus occupies a quieter village location. Studios and apartments have use of the pool which is open to residents only and is free of charge. Elevator access.

Best for: Groups of friends, extended stays.
Helio Village, Port Nature Village, and Port Venus Villas feature larger accommodations with additional living space, terraces, gardens, and villa style layouts. These properties are ideal for guests seeking more privacy or traveling with family and friends.
Terraced villas all on the ground floor located in a quiet area and sleeping up to six people. There is a mezzanine sleeping area for two under the eaves (not for anyone tall), accessed by steep steps and a further sleeping area with sofa beds downstairs plus a kitchenette and small garden area.

This consists of around 100 terraced villas each sleeping 4-5 people. All have a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, shower room and a garden or terrace. Standard villas have a sleeping area for two. Superior villas have a bedroom for two with a double sofa bed in the living area. Some are ground floor and some are first floor. No elevators.

Port Venus is a set of private terraced villas with a communal swimming pool. Located close to the marina where you can stroll and admire the pleasure boats. Each has a bedroom with double bed, living / dining area with sofa bed, kitchenette, shower room and terrace.

Best for: Wellness focused travelers and couples.
Natureva Spa combines the freedom of the naturist lifestyle with resort style amenities. Guests enjoy access to spa facilities, wellness treatments, an indoor pool, fitness center, and a more traditional resort atmosphere within the Naturist Village.
Located just inside the entrance to the naturist village. Four minutes’ walk to shops and a short walk to the beach. Modern studios and apartments with air conditioning. Residents have use of an indoor pool that leads out onto a sundeck area. The spa is fully equipped with hammam and sauna. A wide range of treatments are readily available and there is a Jacuzzi (both chargeable). An on-site fitness coach is available and there is a fully equipped gym.

Best for: Guests who enjoy waterfront views and a central location.
Port Ambonne sits near the marina and commercial center, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and village amenities. This area provides a balance between convenience, scenery, and comfortable apartment accommodations.
This is a semi-circular building situated close to the Marina. All apartments are located on the upper four floors which sit above the commercial centre located on the ground floor. Port Ambonne has a swimming pool which is free of charge to those visiting the adjoining bar and restaurant. All apartments have lift access and they sleep up to six.
