1. What beverages are included?
The Unlimited Open Bar beverage package is included on all Temptation Grand Cruises and features:
- Premium select cocktails and spirits
- A variety of beers and wines by the glass
- Unlimited soft drinks and juices
- Complimentary water at all bars
- 20% discount on bottles of wine and champagne
Note: The Unlimited Open Bar includes any single beverage up to $15 USD. It does not cover items from gift shops, minibars, or room service. Terms apply as per Norwegian Cruise Line’s beverage policy.
2. Which dining facilities are included?
Depending on the sailing (Nov 2025, Mar 2026, Oct 2026), included dining venues may include:

Room service is available, but with a service charge of $9.95 USD + 20% per order.
Embarkation & Documentation
4. What time is boarding and disembarkation?
Boarding is typically between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Disembarkation is usually between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Times are subject to change; final times will be provided closer to sailing.
5. When should I arrive at the terminal?
Arrival times and pier information will be shared before departure. Do not arrive too early — you will not be allowed to check in before your designated time.
6. What documents do I need?
A valid passport is required. This cruise departs from Miami, FL, USA. Review visa requirements with your government’s travel authority. Temptation Grand Cruises is not responsible for verifying your travel documents.
7. Is there any Travel Sanction, Regulation or Restriction?
Yes. From June 9, 2025 onward, a presidential proclamation may restrict entry into the U.S. for certain foreign nationals.
Norwegian Cruise Line is limited in doing business with individuals or entities from sanctioned or high-risk regions including:
Belarus, Cuba, Crimea region of Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic,” “Luhansk People’s Republic,” and Venezuela.
Online Check-In & Rewards
10. How does online check-in work?
- About 45 days before your cruise, you’ll receive your final confirmation and cruise number. Then:
- You can pre-book extras like specialty dining, spa, Wi-Fi, and excursions
- Online check-in opens 21 days before sailing
- You’ll choose your boarding time, receive documents, and print luggage tags
11. How do I add my Norwegian Latitudes Rewards number?
Email cruises2@original-group.com with:

12. What defines Temptation Grand Cruises?
A one-of-a-kind cruise experience designed exclusively for couples 21+, combining freedom, fun, and adult-only adventures. The environment is vibrant, open-minded, and clothing-optional in certain areas.
13. Are singles allowed?
No. Temptation Grand Cruises is a couples-only experience. All areas and activities are crafted exclusively for two.
They reserve the right to deny boarding or disembark individuals who don’t match this requirement, even if booked as a couple.
14. Is this a swinger cruise?
No. Temptation Grand Cruises is not a swinger cruise. It’s a lifestyle-friendly environment created for open-minded couples, not for formal “swinger” branding.
15. Is the cruise clothing-optional?
Yes. There are clothing-optional areas onboard. Guests may choose to enjoy them, but participation is optional.
16. Is the Playroom open to all guests?
Yes, but only to couples. Access is restricted to couples and bound by rules of discretion, mutual respect, and privacy.
17. Is there a dress code for dinner?
Yes. Dinner follows “cruise casual” / “smart casual.”
Swimwear, tank tops, and T-shirts are not allowed in restaurants during dinner hours. Shorts are allowed only in the buffet area.
18. Are the workshops open to everyone?
It depends. Some workshops are designed for all couples, while others may have limited access. Consult the onboard Daily Program for details.
19. Can I take photos on board?
Photography and video are not allowed in clothing-optional areas, the Playroom, workshops, or during theme nights. In other areas, please be respectful of others’ privacy before taking photos.
Onboard Facilities
20. How many pools are there?
There are 2 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, and 6 hydromassage tubs aboard the Jewel and Pearl ships.
21. Where can I smoke?
The ship is non-smoking, but designated smoking areas are located outside, including on Deck 13 forward.
22. Is there laundry service?
There is no self-service laundry or irons (for safety reasons). Laundry service is available for a fee.
23. What extra facilities are onboard?

Payment Terms
Transfer Policy
We offer a flexible transfer option. You may move your booking to another lifestyle or a vanilla vacation package booked through Castaways, subject to availability and supplier rules.
One transfer per booking. Names on the booking must remain the same. Name changes follow the supplier rules and fees.
Any fare difference, taxes, and fees for the new trip are the guest’s responsibility. Promotional pricing, onboard credits, and perks may not carry over.
Requests must be submitted in writing to your travel agent or to our reservations email before the final cancellation window for your sailing. After the final window, transfers are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel insurance, air, hotel, and third-party products follow the provider rules and may incur their own change fees.
Optional Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect the value of your vacation. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, cancellations, medical issues, accidents, injury, family emergencies, or illness before departure can interrupt or cut short your trip. Travel protection helps safeguard your investment and your peace of mind.
Coverage ranges from standard cancellation and medical protection to more flexible options, including “Cancel for Any Reason” plans. Rates vary based on your state of residence, date of birth, and level of coverage selected.
For U.S. residents, Castaways Travel offers policies through Allianz Travel Insurance, available via our parent company, Fox Travel. If you live outside the U.S., please secure coverage locally.
Typical premiums average 4%–7% of your total vacation cost, depending on your age, location, and policy options. Online quotes may provide an estimate only and are not guaranteed, as final costs vary with your selected coverage.
