What is the accepted form of currency?

The Mexican Peso is the legal tender in Mexico. However, most merchants will accept U.S dollars and major credit cards. Once you are at Temptation Resort, almost everything is included in the price you pay. The resort is on a cashless system.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Temptation offers round-trip transfers when you book through Castaways Travel or directly with the resort.

Meet your driver outside the arrivals area.
Ride in an air-conditioned, adults-only vehicle directly to the resort.

Can I drink the water in Mexico?

Temptation Resort uses a filtered water system throughout the property. The resort also provides bottled water in every suite and minibar, and ice served at the bars and restaurants is made with purified water.

Although the water system meets high safety standards, it’s still recommended to drink bottled water when unsure, especially if you have a sensitive stomach or are not accustomed to local water sources.

Should I bring an electrical adapter?

Mexico uses ~110-120 V / 60 Hz (similar to U.S.) with Type A/B plugs (two flat pins). If you have devices from other countries or voltage differs, bring a converter/adapter accordingly.

Is Temptation Resort clothing optional?

No, Temptation is a euro-style hotel, however sometimes our guests might get carried away and take away their clothes off in some of our most daring activities such as: Wild tequila volleyball, Miss Temptation, Belly flop, Daring darts and anything goes.

Are you allowed to be nude at the nude beach and pool / hot tub?

Temptation does not offer nude areas. Pools and beach are topless optional, never nude. Wear a cover-up in restaurants and indoor areas.

Is tipping allowed at the resort?

Yes, tipping is allowed but never expected. Gratuities are already included in the resort’s all-inclusive plan, so guests don’t need to tip for regular service. However, if a staff member goes above and beyond, small cash tips in US dollars or pesos are always appreciated. Most guests choose to tip bartenders, servers, and housekeepers for exceptional service, typically in small denominations for convenience.

Is there an age restriction at the resort?

The minimum age to stay at our resort is 21. While the average age range of our guests is typically between 25-45 years old, Temptation Resort welcomes all adults who are seeking to enjoy a good time with their partners and rekindle the flame.

Can guests walk nude anywhere on the resort?

No, Temptation is topless optional only. Full nudity is not permitted in any public area.

Are photographs allowed at the resort?

Personal photos are fine in non topless areas, as long as no other guests are in the frame without consent. No photos in topless zones, the spa, or any area where privacy is expected.

Are Public Displays of Affection (PDAs) allowed in the public area?

Light PDA is fine, explicit sexual activity is not permitted in public spaces. Please be respectful of other guests and staff.

Are there smoking and non-smoking areas in the hotel?

Yes, all outdoor areas are smoking and all indoor areas are non-smoking. In the rooms, smoking is just allowed at the balconies.

We offer flexible payment options; you can divide your total into multiple payments and space them out according to your preference before final delivery.

Transfer Policy

We offer a flexible transfer option. You may move your booking to another lifestyle or vanilla vacation package booked through Castaways, subject to availability and supplier rules.
One transfer per booking. Names on the booking must remain the same. Name changes follow the supplier rules and fees.
Any fare difference, taxes, and fees for the new trip are the guest’s responsibility. Promotional pricing, onboard credits, and perks may not carry over.
Requests must be submitted in writing to your travel agent or to our reservations email before the final cancellation window for your sailing. After the final window, transfers are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel insurance, air, hotel, and third-party products follow the provider rules and may incur their own change fees.
