Print tags at home, or ask the porter to tag your bags at the pier, every checked bag must be tagged.

What ship will we sail on?

Is this cruise ship a full takeover?
Yes. Castaways Travel partners with Desire Cruises to charter the entire Allura by Oceania ship for a couples only lifestyle/swinger-oriented cruise for the full sailing.
What documents do I need to travel?
All guests must travel with a valid passport. We recommend six months of validity beyond the end of the cruise. Names on cruise reservations must match travel documents.
Is airfare included?
No. Air is separate. Castaways Travel can assist with flights and pre or post hotel nights. Guests are responsible for transportation from the airport.
Which airport should I arrive at?
Arrival & Departure: Grantley Adams (BGI)
What hotel is the host hotel for the cruise?
There is no official host hotel. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the port.
Is this a couples-only cruise?
Yes. This is a couples-only cruise.
Is this a clothing-optional cruise?
Yes. Designated areas, like the pool and sun decks, are clothing-optional. Due to local laws, clothing may be required near ports—our crew will notify you when needed.
Is there a playroom on board?
Yes. A sensual space exclusive to couples, designed for shared exploration in a respectful and private environment.
Is sex allowed in public areas?
Only in the designated playroom. Sexual activity is not permitted in other public spaces..
What is the age group onboard?
Most guests are in their early 40’s to late 60s, though all adventurous, respectful couples are welcome.
Do we need to be married?
No. Guests must be 21 or older and traveling as a couple.
Are there any rules we should know?

What if I need to cancel?
Standard Castaways Travel cancellation terms apply for this charter. Ask your advisor for current dates and penalties. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for swinger cruises and couples cruises.
Do I have a choice of cabins?
Yes. Cabins are first come, first served. Your Castaways Travel advisor can help select the best location for your style.
Do I need cash onboard?
No, your key card is used for all onboard charges. Settle your account at the end of the cruise by credit card or cash at reception.
Are there handicap accessible cabins available?
Yes, in limited numbers. Contact Castaways Travel early so we can match your needs.
Are shore excursions available?
Yes. Oceania includes a selection of tours. You can prebook or book on board, based on availability.
Will my cell phone and internet work onboard?
Most major carriers offer service. Check roaming packages and shipboard rates with your provider.
Can I take photos on board?
For privacy reasons, photography is not allowed in clothing-optional areas. Official staff will take photos only with guest consent.
Can I bring alcohol on board?
No. Alcohol purchased ashore will be stored and returned on the last day.
Do I need a reservation for dining?
Yes, for specialty restaurants: Ember, Polo Grill, Toscana, Jacques, Red Ginger, Privée, and Tuscan Steak.*
No reservations needed at Terrace Café, Baristas, Afternoon Tea, or The Grand Dining Room.
*The selection of available restaurants may vary depending on the type of ship.
Are drinks unlimited?
Yes. The Prestige Select Beverage Package includes unlimited premium drinks under responsible service guidelines.
Is smoking allowed on board?
There is one designated smoking area. Smoking is not permitted elsewhere on the ship.

Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options; you can divide your total into multiple payments and space them out according to your preference before final delivery.
Transfer Policy
We offer a flexible transfer option. You may move your booking to another lifestyle or vanilla vacation package booked through Castaways, subject to availability and supplier rules.
One transfer per booking. Names on the booking must remain the same. Name changes follow the supplier rules and fees.
Any fare difference, taxes, and fees for the new trip are the guest’s responsibility. Promotional pricing, onboard credits, and perks may not carry over.
Requests must be submitted in writing to your travel agent or to our reservations email before the final cancellation window for your sailing. After the final window, transfers are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel insurance, air, hotel, and third-party products follow the provider rules and may incur their own change fees.
Optional Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect the value of your vacation. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, cancellations, medical issues, accidents, injury, family emergencies, or illness before departure can interrupt or cut short your trip. Travel protection helps safeguard your investment and your peace of mind.
Coverage ranges from standard cancellation and medical protection to more flexible options, including “Cancel for Any Reason” plans. Rates vary based on your state of residence, date of birth, and level of coverage selected.
For U.S. residents, Castaways Travel offers policies through Allianz Travel Insurance, available via our parent company, Fox Travel. If you live outside the U.S., please secure coverage locally.
Typical premiums average 4%–7% of your total vacation cost, depending on your age, location, and policy options. Online quotes may provide an estimate only and are not guaranteed, as final costs vary with your selected coverage.

When you approve, complete your reservation, authorize and make your payment to Castaways Travel, you agree you have read, understand and will abide by the Terms and Conditions of Castaways Travel and its parent company’s Terms & Conditions of Fox Travel/Fox Ascoli Travel, Inc. and the Oceania Cruise and cabin you have chosen. You agree in writing to pay for your cruise you authorize Castaways Travel to arrange by entering into a contract for Castaways’ services, to refrain from requesting a chargeback from your credit card company and agree to be subject to cancellation terms, penalties and fees from both Castaways, Fox Travel and Fox Ascoli Travel, Inc. and travel suppliers, vendors and Oceania Cruises.
