Caribbean charm shines in the Bahamian capital, where you’re never more than a few steps away from rhythmic percussions, appetizing flavors, white-sand beaches, and some of the clearest waters in the world. Explore its colorful past of buccaneers, blockade-runners and bootleggers along historical streets and at the three colonial fortresses that line the shores. Swim with stingrays, dive with dolphins, or spot colorful coral on a glass-bottom boat. Your ultimate beach day debuts in Nassau, Bahamas in December 2025 just in time for our cruise. From your first water taxi to your last drink at the swim up bar, each mouthwatering bite and everything in between is all complimentary with your day pass to Royal Beach Clubâ„ Paradise Island.Â

Cabins & Rates
The cost of the cabin includes all meals with basic drinks such as water, coffee and tea. You also have access to all seminars, events, parties and entertainment. There will be an additional fee added to your invoice which covers the port charges, government taxes, basic gratuities, admin fees and security fees. These fees will be as follows:

There are four main categories of staterooms: Suite, Balcony, Ocean View and Interior. Each stateroom offers a television, telephone, private bath, shower, vanity and even a hair-dryer. The cabins have been designed to be a comfortable, relaxing place for you to rest and reenergize after all day of non-stop activities. The larger cabins make a great place for private entertainment.
Suites
Suites offer more room, comfort and luxury. Most come with a private balcony and all include standard features. Some suites even include complimentary concierge service, which includes access to a private lounge as well as personalized service to help with making reservations or other arrangements. Suites are a great way to travel in style and give you that extra space for entertaining.

Consent Policy
All passengers must agree to the Acceptable Behavior Policy before boarding and email it to Info@castawaystravel.com. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding.Online Check-In
You’ll receive your cruise confirmation number about 90 days before sailing from Castaways Travel. Use it to check in online, select your boarding time, and upload required travel documents (passport and visas).Arrival Times
Do not miss your assigned arrival slot. All passengers must be onboard by 2:00 PM.
Luggage & Boarding
Curbside Check-In
When you arrive at the cruise terminal, porters will tag your bags with your cabin number and location on the ship. Tip your baggage handler, and your luggage will be delivered to your cabin by 6 PM on departure day.Cabin Access
Cabins and suites are typically ready after 1 PM. Pack a carry-on with essentials and a swimsuit so you can relax and hit the pool or hot tubs before your luggage arrives.Luggage Tags
You can print tags from your online reservation form, or ask a porter at the dock to attach them for you. Just provide your cabin number. Every bag must be tagged. You may also carry your luggage onboard or off the ship if you prefer.

Packing Tips
Essentials
Carry a small bag with your passport, medications, valuables, and a change of clothes. Pack a swimsuit if you want to start enjoying the pool or hot tubs right away.
Toiletries & Extras
Ships provide basics, but you may prefer your own. Pack liquids in zip-lock bags to avoid spills. Don’t forget cameras, electronics, chargers, or tablets. WiFi is available onboard for an additional fee.
Alcohol Policy

Cancellation Policy
On or Before Feb 23, 2025: $250.00 pp ($500.00 pp for Suites)
Feb 24, 2025 – Aug 26, 2025: $350.00 pp ($750.00 pp for Suites)
After Aug 26, 2025:Â NO REFUND
Cancellation policy dates remain the same regardless of your booking date.
Transfer Policy
We offer a flexible transfer option. You may move your booking to another lifestyle vacation or a vanilla vacation package booked through Castaways, subject to availability and supplier rules.
One transfer per booking. Names on the booking must remain the same. Name changes follow the supplier rules and fees.
Any fare difference, taxes, and fees for the new trip are the guest’s responsibility. Promotional pricing, onboard credits, and perks may not carry over.
Requests must be submitted in writing to your travel agent or to our reservations email before the final cancellation window for your sailing. After the final window, transfers are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel insurance, air, hotel, and third party products follow the provider rules and may incur their own change fees.
Optional Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect the value of your vacation. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, cancellations, medical issues, accidents, injury, family emergencies, or illness before departure can interrupt or cut short your trip. Travel protection helps safeguard your investment and your peace of mind.
Coverage ranges from standard cancellation and medical protection to more flexible options, including “Cancel for Any Reason” plans. Rates vary based on your state of residence, date of birth, and level of coverage selected.
For U.S. residents, Castaways Travel offers policies through Allianz Travel Insurance, available via our parent company, Fox Travel. If you live outside the U.S., please secure coverage locally.
Typical premiums average 4%–7% of your total vacation cost, depending on your age, location, and policy options. Online quotes may provide an estimate only and are not guaranteed, as final costs vary with your selected coverage.
